The last one ex-demo unit is a steel-structured container shop designed for versatility and durability. Featuring a galvanized and painted steel structure, this unit offers reliable protection and stability. The walls are constructed with 50mm EPS panels, while the roof consists of a 0.476mm corrugated color steel sheet, 100mm glass wool insulation, and a steel ceiling for added insulation and strength. The unit includes a PVC double glass window with a security bar for natural light and ventilation, as well as a steel door with a handle and lock for security. The base is completed with 18mm MGO board for the ground floor, providing a sturdy foundation. For aesthetics and durability, hard PVC decoration sheets are used for the wall, roof, and internal corners. Additionally, an openable panel with a lock adds convenience and accessibility. Please note that the electrical system is unwired, and the client needs to rewire it at the site according to their requirements.
