No. We are parallel importer of genuine IKEA and other brands from overseas and do not claim to represent IKEA in New Zealand. We have the largest stock of Ikea products which we buy from Ikea stores in different parts of the world and make available to the New Zealand market. We do sell various other brands as well.
Our office team checks and confirms your order. You should receive a confirmation email within one working day.
Preorders are products that we don’t stock but can get from overseas. We collect orders and load them into a shipping container, usually once a month or sooner. These take about 4 weeks to arrive at our warehouse. You will receive an email when your order leaves overseas and again when it arrives at our warehouse.
Back orders are products that we stock but are currently out of stock. These can take as little as a few days or up to 75 days depending on incoming shipments. You will receive an email within about 2 days with an estimated delivery timeframe.
Managing thousands of products can sometimes result in stock errors or breakages. We may offer a similar product, another color, another brand, or a preorder option. You can choose the alternative or request a refund. If we do not receive a reply within one week, we will automatically process a refund.
In-stock items are ready for pickup immediately. Auckland deliveries usually arrive within a week, North Island deliveries within two weeks, and South Island deliveries within four weeks. South Island stock items are generally dispatched within two days.

Yes. Simply email us with the requested changes and we will usually confirm them within one or two days.
We will contact you before delivery. If there is a secure place to leave the item, it may be left there. Otherwise, it will be returned and delivery will be rescheduled. We normally do not charge for one additional delivery attempt.
Simply email us your order number. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. For bank transfers, please provide your bank account details. Refunds are issued immediately and confirmed by email.
Email us the details of the items you wish to return. If returned within 14 days and in original packaging, we can arrange collection. Refunds are processed once the items arrive at our warehouse. Return shipping charges may apply.

Please email us a detailed description of the issue, preferably with photos. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include store credit, a partial refund, or a full return and refund.
Something may have gone wrong. Please email us your order number or purchase details. Such issues are usually caused by incorrect email addresses or email delivery problems and we will investigate promptly.
Like any business, we are not perfect. We continuously work to improve our communication and delivery processes. Negative reviews help us learn and improve, and they represent only a very small percentage of our overall business.
Most in-stock products have already been reduced to clearance pricing, which is now the final price. Preorder items are more expensive due to increased import costs, and many products are expected to become more expensive when restocked.
